In addition to our core Leadership Pathway programs, we offer single-topic Skill Building Courses that focus on critical skills leaders need to thrive. These sessions vary in length, and can be offered as a stand-alone workshop or added as modules to one of our Leadership Pathways for even greater impact.

Skill-Building Course sessions vary in length, and each can be offered as stand-alone sessions or as a means of crafting your own development program. These topics can also be seamlessly integrated as additional module for both our Leadership Essentials and Leading With Intention Pathways.

With limited exception, our Skill-Building Courses are offered in two formats: Live Virtual (90 minutes) or In-Person (Half-Day).
