Program Overview
This program defines the path to unleashing potential in successful, experienced leaders. By focusing on the mindset and skillset shifts that must happen when a person leads other leaders, Leading Leaders fills a gap where other on-the-job experiences and learning opportunities often leave off. By reflecting on and practicing new approaches to leading through others, experienced leaders will increase their strategic bandwidth and greatly reduce direct involvement in every meeting or decision. This program accelerates the development of senior-level leadership capabilities so these pivotal leaders can assume more responsibility in the future, even preparing for senior executive roles.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
This program is recommended for experienced professionals whose direct reports are leading teams.Leading Leaders can be delivered in-person or live virtually, and includes a Leader Playbook for participants to use as they reflect on their own leadership practice.

Develop an enhanced understanding of your team’s future readiness across four variables and how to identify what your team needs in order to achieve the future vision.
MODULE 3: LIBERATE YOURSELF AND YOUR TEAM
Put your new learnings and evolving mindset into practice using tools to better leverage the talents of your team. Find more focus on the things that truly need your time and attention.
