The company partnered with Lake Forest Center for Leadership to bring our most requested program, Leadership Essentials, to their future managers. This flexible program focused on self-awareness, developing others, leading teams and advancing the business. Leadership Essentials also gave the organization an opportunity to integrate their leadership competencies into the learning and align with company’s cultural values, providing learners the ability to grow their skills within the organization’s environment.
